At KeenTail, we're committed to delivering your dog's favorite supplies wherever you are in the world. As our manufacturing and fulfillment operations involve cross-border shipping, we offer reliable global shipping options to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Shipping (Recommended for Free Shipping)

  • Utilizes reliable postal services and special lines (e.g., ePacket, Yanwen, YunExpress).
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • United States, Canada, Europe, Australia: 7-20 business days
    • Southeast Asia: 5-15 business days
    • Other Regions: 10-30 business days
  • This method is used for all orders qualifying for free shipping.

Expedited Shipping (Faster Delivery)

  • Utilizes express courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Global: 3-7 business days
  • Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $49 USD.
  • Orders Under $49 USD: For orders below $49 USD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Below are approximate ranges for a typical small to medium package (e.g., 0.5kg - 1kg):
    • Standard Shipping: Typically ranges from $5 - $20 USD, depending on destination.
    • Expedited Shipping: Typically ranges from $20 - $50+ USD, depending on destination and courier.

The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KeenTail ships internationally. Please be aware that for international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once your package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@keentail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. KeenTail is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment due to an incorrect address.
